At PECO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are unworn.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
